Every setter-booked appointment, by closer, straight from the sets channel. Ordered by who has received the fewest, so the top of the table is who should be next.
Fewest appointments received in this period. Booking past these names is a deliberate skip, not the rotation.

Appointments counts what setters booked and posted in this period. Closed is every deal that closer posted, including their own self-generated business. From setters is the part that came from this team.
Conversion is a 60-day trailing figure, not this period. Deals close weeks after the appointment, so dividing this month's closes by this month's appointments produces impossible numbers. One closer read 150% in September on that basis.
Spanish and Texas are routing constraints, not favouritism. Spanish appointments can only go to Spanish speakers, and Texas only to closers cleared to sell there. Those columns are shown so a constrained allocation is not mistaken for a biased one.
Team leads close less by design, and some closers run mostly self-generated business. Read the allocation column next to the closed column before drawing a conclusion.
